Traditional Austrian – Gugelhupf [Bundt Cake]

ingredients:
1 cup silken tofu [to replace egg whites]
1 pinch of salt

Red Beet Salad

6 small red beets (cooked or raw.. I used raw, but both is fine)
1 pear
